Direct To Film (DTF)

What is Direct to Film?

Direct to Film (DTF) printing is an advanced garment decoration technology that allows high-quality designs to be transferred onto a wide range of fabrics.

The process involves printing the artwork onto a specialized PET film using pigment inks, applying a heat-activated adhesive powder, and then transferring the design onto the garment using a heat press. DTF printing is known for its vibrant color reproduction, excellent durability, and ability to print on various materials such as cotton, polyester, blends, and even dark fabrics.

This method is ideal for producing detailed, full-color designs with strong adhesion and long-lasting results, making it a popular choice for custom apparel, uniforms, and promotional merchandise.
